NOTE 12 - DUE TO AFFILIATED COMPANIES	Note 12 – Due to Affiliated Companies As of September 30, 2011 and December 31, 2010, the balance due to affiliated companies was $2,098,779, and $2,034,407, respectively. This balance represents financing obtained from Guang Dong Xin Xing Mei Biology Company Limited (“Xinxingmei”). All amounts are non-interest-bearing, unsecured and repayable on demand.
