Subsequent Events	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to September 30, 2018 through the date of this Report, the Company accepted aggregate subscriptions from accredited investors for $1,157,000 of one year maturity 12% convertible notes. The terms of these Notes are described in Note #5. “Convertible Notes” of the Company’s financial statements. None of the Notes have been converted.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
