COMMITMENTS	7. COMMITMENTS: Capital and Operating Leases We had no capital or operating leases outstanding as at June 30, 2011. Following the sale of all of our subsidiary company, CCAPS, effective December 31, 2010, we had no capital or operating leases outstanding as at December 31, 2010. Litigation No legal proceedings are currently pending or threatened to the best of our knowledge.
