7.	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the years ended 31 December 2013 and 2012, the Company utilized office space owned by a director and stockholder at no charge, commencing from April 1, 2012. Such costs are immaterial to the financial statements and accordingly are not reflected herein.
