NOTE－9     COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

The Company rented office spaces from a related party under a non-cancelable operating lease agreement in Hong Kong for a term of two years, with fixed monthly rentals, expiring in March 2013. The lease agreement was terminated on March 2012. Costs incurred under the operating lease, which are considered to equivalent to the market rate, are recorded as rental expense and totaled approximately $21,783 and $69,349 for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011.
