Subsequent Events In January 2016 and through the middle of February 2016, as part of our share repurchase program as discussed in Note 8—"Shareholders' Deficit", we repurchased 1,419,641 shares of our common stock in the open market at an average price of $9.53 per share for a total purchase price of $13.5 million, which were retired upon repurchase.
