Subsequent Events *Sale of Stock* On February 14, 2014, we entered into an agreement with GSK pursuant to which GSK agreed to purchase through an affiliate, in a private placement, 342,229 shares of our common stock at $37.55 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $12.9 million, pursuant to its rights under our governance agreement with GSK dated June 4, 2004, as amended.
