Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event On April 11, 2024, we entered into a Commercial Supply Agreement with Corden Pharma CHENÔVE SAS (“Corden”), under which we engaged Corden to manufacture and supply certain products related to XACDURO® and to perform certain services and studies. Under the agreement, we committed to minimum purchase commitments aggregating to approximately $30.0 million through December 31, 2027.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
