Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events On October 6, 2023, ITH entered into a Second Note Amendment Agreement (the “Second Note Amendment Agreement”) with Gate to amend the Gate Convertible Note. Pursuant to the Second Note Amendment Agreement, the principal amount of the Gate Convertible Note was increased from $21.5 million to $27.7 million, which represents the principal and accrued interest as of the amendment date and an additional cash investment of $5.0 million. All other material terms of the Gate Convertible Note were unchanged.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
