RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	13. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of July 31, 2020, the Company has a $550,000 common stock subscription receivable with a related party (see Note 11) that has been presented as a reduction to stockholders’ deficiency in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. As of July 31, 2020, the Company had paid producer fees to an officer totaling $51,500 that are accounted for as project development costs in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet (see Note 8).
