ADB PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Toronto, ON - September 9, 2005 - ADB Systems International (TSX: ADY; OTCBB: ADBYF), a global provider of asset lifecycle management solutions, reported today that its previously announced funding activities are scheduled to close on September 12, 2005.

As announced on August 26, ADB has entered into a financing arrangement expected to generate proceeds of $1.2 million (CDN).
