TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

(TSX: NTI; OTCBB: NTLNF), a global provider of asset management and social commerce solutions, announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) informed Northcore that it has concluded its review with respect to continued listing of its securities on the TSX. The outcome of the process was the confirmation that Northcore has met the listing requirements and is confirmed as a member in good standing of the TSX group of companies.
