GOODWILL	GOODWILL Goodwill represents the excess of the cost of an acquisition over the fair value of the identifiable net assets acquired. We had no changes to the carrying amount of goodwill during the nine months ended September 30, 2021. We had no accumulated impairment losses related to our goodwill as of September 30, 2021. During the third quarter of 2021, we completed our annual impairment test as of July 1, 2021. No impairment resulted from this test.
