For a description of recently issued accounting pronouncements, see Note 4, Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements, to the consolidated financial statements included in the Company's Annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015. There have been no new accounting pronouncements issued that materially effect the Company's financial statements since the filing of the Annual report on Form 10-K.
