Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 25, 2013, the Company announced the resignation of Oscar Rodriguez as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company as well as his resignation from the Board of Directors. At the same time, the Company announced the appointment of Mr. Charles W. “Chuck” Berger as its President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as elected him to the Board of Directors, effective as of April 25, 2013.
