Other Events.
On November 4, 2011 after a five-day patent infringement trial in which Enterasys Networks alleged that the Company infringed U.S. Patent No. 5,195,181 (“'181 patent”), a jury in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, determined that none of the Company's products in the lawsuit infringed the Enterasys '181 patent. Due to the inherent uncertainties of litigation, the Company cannot predict the ultimate outcome of the matter at this time.
