On June 25, 2007, NetScout Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing revised guidance for its first quarter of fiscal year 2008 ending June 30, 2007. Total revenue for the first quarter is expected to be in the range of $27 to $28 million compared to its previously issued guidance of $26 to $27 million. Net income per diluted share is expected to be in the range of $0.06 to $0.08, compared to previous guidance of $0.05 to $0.06. The Company's press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
