(b),(c) | Effective January 1, 2020, Lisa White will be promoted to Senior Vice President/Corporate Controller of Umpqua Holdings Corporation and Umpqua Bank and Principal Accounting Officer of Umpqua Holdings Corporation. Executive Vice President/Treasurer Neal McLaughlin will remain as Treasurer of Umpqua Holdings Corporation and Umpqua Bank, but will complete his service as Principal Accounting Officer effective January 1, 2020. Ms. White, age 37, currently serves as Umpqua Bank’s Senior Vice President Bank Controller, a position she has held since April 2015, and she previously served as Umpqua Bank’s Vice President/Assistant Controller of Loans & Initiatives from March 2011 to April 2015. |
