MARTINSVILLE, Va., June 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hooker Furniture Corporation (Nasdaq:HOFT) announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share on the Hooker Furniture Corporation Common Stock. The dividends are payable August 31, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2010.
