TRANSDIGM ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

Cleveland, Ohio, February 11, 2005 — On Friday, February 11, 2005, TransDigm Inc. filed Form 10-Q with the SEC for the first quarter ended January 1, 2005.
