Item 8.01.    Other Events.
On May 21, 2024, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of David Oman as the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, effective June 10, 2024.
Mr. Oman brings a wealth of expertise and a robust background in risk management and corporate compliance to the Company. Mr. Oman’s career spans over 30 years of significant risk management roles for reputable firms in New York and London, including Bank of New York Mellon, Credit Suisse AG, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, among others. Mr. Oman most recently served as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the financial risk practice. Prior to PWC, Mr. Oman served as the Chief Market Risk Officer and Chief Risk Officer Global Markets Infrastructure for Bank of New York Mellon.
