Other Related Party Transactions	NOTE I — OTHER RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During both of the three month periods ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, Steven C. Jones, a director of the Company, earned approximately $62,500 for various consulting work performed in connection with his duties as Executive Vice President of Finance. Mr. Jones also received $47,500 and $55,000 during the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 as payment of his annual bonus compensation for the previous fiscal years, respectively.
