Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsOn May 22, 2020, the Company formed a strategic alliance with Inivata and entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement and Laboratory Services Agreement with Inivata's laboratory subsidiary in the U.S., Inivata, Inc., whereas Inivata's laboratory will render and perform certain laboratory testing which the Company will make available to customers. In addition, the Company entered into a line of credit agreement with Inivata.See Note 8. Investment in Non-Consolidated Affiliate, f
