Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On May 22, 2020, the Company formed a strategic alliance with Inivata Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (“Inivata”), and entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement and Laboratory Services Agreement whereas Inivata will render and perform certain laboratory testing which the Company will make available to customers.
