Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On May 22, 2020, the Company formed a strategic alliance with Inivata Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (“Inivata”), and entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement and Laboratory Services Agreement whereas Inivata will render and perform certain laboratory testing which the Company will make available to customers. The terms and conditions of the Laboratory Services Agreement are consistent with those that would be negotiated between willing parties on an arm's length basis. Related party transactions related to Inivata for the second quarter were immaterial. In addition, the Company and Inivata entered into a line of credit agreement in the amount of $15 million (the “Line of Credit”). The Line of Credit will be available to be drawn by Inivata beginning on January 1, 2021 and has a maturity date of December 1, 2025. The Line of Credit bears interest at 0% per annum and the unpaid principal balance is payable on January 1, 2026. The Line of Credit is subject to evaluation for current expected credit losses. The impact of such losses were determined to be immaterial for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020. For further details on the investment made in Inivata, please refer to Note 13.
