the quarterly period ended March 31, 2001 for the Form 10-QSB,
all of which information has not yet been received.

The anticipated change will be in the net loss for the quarter,
which will increase in the quarter year ended March 31, 2001
from the quarter ended March 31, 2000.  This will be due
primarily to an anticipated increase in general and
administrative expenses.
