Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events On February 19, 2015, the Company acquired Applimotion Inc. (“Applimotion”), a Loomis, California-based provider of advanced precision motor and motion control technology to OEMs for advanced industrial and medical markets, for $13.9 million in cash, subject to customary working capital adjustments. Applimotion specializes in motor applications that require highly precise and dynamic motion control. The acquisition enhances the Company’s strategic position in precision motion control by enabling the Company to offer a broader range of motion control technologies and integrated solutions. The Applimotion business will be integrated into the Company’s optical encoders business line, which is part of the Company’s Precision Motion segment. Information required by ASC 805-10, “Business Combinations,” was not disclosed herein as the Company is in process of completing its purchase price allocation.
