The computation of weighted average shares and potential dilutive shares outstanding excludes the effect of options to purchase 61,000 and 10,000 shares of common stock at May 27, 2017 and May 28, 2016, respectively. These amounts were not included in the computation of diluted income per share because they are considered anti-dilutive under the treasury stock method per ASC 260, Earnings Per Share.
