Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (the "Company") has entered into an agreement with Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. to manufacture, sell and distribute Crush beverage products in the majority of the Company's bottling territories in the United States. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
