On April 15, 2010, Central Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on or about May 21, 2010 to stockholders of record on May 7, 2010.  A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
