12.  OPERATING SEGMENTS

             Beginning in the second quarter of 2017, the Company operates in two segments:  (1) the design, development and sale of computer software and hardware used in conjunction with surveillance capabilities and (2) a newly established business line in the Erectile Dysfunction Medical field.  The following table details net revenue and income before income taxes by segment:
