The net proceeds (payments) from stockholders with unstructured payment plans amounted to $41,180 and $26,505 for the six months ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively. The total balance due on unstructured loans from stockholders amounted to $632,388 as of June 30, 2017 and $591,208 at December 31, 2016.
