9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Certain stockholders made cash advances to the Company to help with short-term working capital needs. The net proceeds (payments) from (to) stockholders with unstructured payment plans amounted to $(60) and $14,052 for the periods ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. The total balance due on unstructured loans from stockholders amounted to $591,148 as of March 31, 2017 and $591,208 at December 31, 2016. Loans from stockholders made with repayment terms are described in Note 4 above.
