9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Certain stockholders made cash advances to the Company to help with short-term working capital needs. The net proceeds from stockholders with unstructured payment plans amounted to $14,052 and $62,742 for the periods ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The total balance due on unstructured loans from stockholders amounted to $578,755 as of March 31, 2016 and $564,703 at December 31, 2015. Loans from stockholders made with repayment terms are described in Note 4 above.
