View Systems, Inc. (the "Company") could not complete the Form 10-QSB within the
prescribed  time  because  management's  review  of  the  financial  information
disclosed in the  Company's  Form 10-QSB  reflected  the need for  revisions and
there was insufficient time to revise such financial information.
