9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Certain stockholders made cash advances to the Company to help with short-term working capital needs. The net proceeds from stockholders with unstructured payment plans amounted to $44,771 and $26,505 for the periods ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively. The total balance due on unstructured loans from stockholders amounted to $635,979 as of September 30, 2017 and $591,208 at December 31, 2016. Loans from stockholders made with repayment terms are described in Note 4 above.
