12. MERGER AGREEMENT	12. MERGER AGREEMENT On October 14, 2014 the Company signed a letter of intent to execute a merger with Potomac River Group, LLC, a privately held provider of specialized and technical support services to the U. S. government. Terms and conditions of the merger agreement have not been finalized. The merger was expected to close in the second quarter of 2015 and negotiations continue.

The entire disclosure for business combinations, including leverage buyout transactions (as applicable), and divestitures.
