15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On March 13, 2015 a holder of the Series A Preferred Stock opted to exercise the conversion feature of the preferred stock and therefore converted his 1,400,000 shares of preferred at the prescribed ratio of 15:1 into 21,000,000 shares of Common stock.
