14. MERGER AGREEMENT	14. MERGER AGREEMENT On October 14, 2014 the Company signed a letter of intent to execute a merger with Potomac River Group, LLC, a privately held provider of specialized and technical support services to the U. S. government. Terms and conditions of the merger agreement have not been finalized. The merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015.

The entire disclosure for business combinations, including leverage buyout transactions (as applicable), and divestitures.
