NOTE 7                 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2012, the Partnership distributed $0.77 and $1.54 per common unit (2011 – $0.75 and $1.50 per common unit) for a total of $42 million and $84 million, respectively. The distributions paid for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 included no incentive distributions to the General Partner.
