Boyd, will participate in three investment conferences this month.  On May 17th, Mr. Boyd will be interviewed in a “fireside chat” format at the 33rd Annual J.P. Morgan Technology Conference and at the Thomas Weisel Partners Internet Conference 2005, both in San Francisco.  On May 26th, Mr. Boyd will present at the Goldman Sachs 6th Annual Internet Conference in Las Vegas.  At the time of Mr. Boyd’s Goldman Sachs appearance, a copy of the presentation will be available in the Investor Relations section of priceline.com’s Web site, www.priceline.com.
