Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 6, 2022, we delivered a notice of redemption to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as successor trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, with respect to $500.0 million of our outstanding 9.75% Senior Notes due 2025 for a redemption price equal to 104.875% of the $500.0 million principal amount of the Notes being redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the date of redemption. This redemption is expected to occur on or about June 23, 2022.
