On or about October 27, 2006, Wizzard Software Corporation, a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), issued to Alpha Capital Anstalt (“Alpha”) a Convertible Note in the principal amount of $1,100,000.  The Convertible Note is now paid in full as of January 11, 2011.
