On May 1, 2019, Know Labs, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing that Racer Technology Pte. Ltd. has agreed to manufacture the Company’s wearable UBAND Calorie Counter and later its wearable UBAND Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM).
