As previously reported, the late Siggi B.Wilzig failed to disclose several purchases and sales of the common stock of Wilshire Enterprises, Inc. (formerly Wilshire Oil Company of Texas and hereinafter, the "Company"). This Report on Form 4, and additional Reports on Form 4s filed concurrently herewith, disclose previously unreported purchases and sales effected by or on behalf of Mr. Wilzig between March 1992 and October 2002. Pursuant to a demand made by the Company, Mr.Wilzig's Estate has reimbursed the Company for profits made on transactions matched in accordance with Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This amended Form 4 is being filed to add entries in Column 5 of Table I,and to correct certain codes. |
