Stockholders Meeting Notice The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of The Williams Companies, Inc. will be held on April 25, 2023 at 2:00pm CDT, conducted online live via webcast at www.meetnow.global/MN2VXTR. To access the virtual meeting, you must have the information that is printed in the shaded bar located on the reverse side of this form. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
