Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 18, 2017, John D. Seldenrust, Senior Vice President – Engineering Services of The Williams Companies, Inc. and WPZ GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. (collectively “Williams”), notified Williams of his intent to retire effective December 31, 2017.
