INVESTMENT IN INVESTEE	INVESTMENT IN INVESTEE The Company formerly held an investment in the common stock of Itasca Capital Ltd. ("ICL") that was recorded as investment in investee in the consolidated balance sheets. During the fourth quarter of 2019, the Company sold its remaining investment in the common stock of ICL. See Note 22(b), "Related Parties," for more information. For the three months ended March 31, 2019, equity in net loss of investee was less than $0.1 million.
