Disclosure of Long Lived Assets Held-for-sale [Table Text Block]	ASSET HELD FOR SALE As of June 30, 2014, property consisting of building and land located in Miami, Florida with a carrying value of $5.2 million was classified as held for sale. During the three months ended June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013, the Company recorded write-downs of $1.2 million and $1.4 million, respectively, related to the asset held for sale. At June 30, 2014, the carrying value of the property is equal to its fair value net of estimated selling costs.
