On December 6, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing a 2007 fourth quarter pre-tax charge of $12 million.  Approximately $8 million of the charge represents impairment of the value of certain real estate assets associated with the Company's previously planned headquarters development in Clayton, Missouri.  The full text of the press release was included as Exhibit 99.1 to Form 8-K filed on December 6, 2007.  The information contained in the website cited in the press release is not a part of this report.
